We created a reliable and effective emergency support system to promote the optimum essential delivery of information and produce better outcomes for the people involved and the communities where they reside. The emergency voice-based response mechanism from a caller to the 911 dispatch operator needs more 911 calls. To continuously strengthen, professionalize, and ensure reliable Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) for the public, MY EMERGENCY APP will give smartphone users a fast and simple way to notify "911" dispatchers of accurate preprogrammed information as a text narrative with optional voice backup, ensuring that the caller's crucial information is always effectively and promptly delivered. The necessary information will be displayed on the 911 PSAPs operator screen, eliminating drop calls, missing or incorrect communication, and incorrect location dispatching.

We are dedicated to providing accessible resources when you need them the most and helping anyone, anywhere, take action and save lives. Under the MY EMERGENCY APP is the MY EMERGENCY NETWORK. MY EMERGENCY NETWORK contains features and benefits such as PERSONAL HELP. Personal Help Emergency Response allows individuals to identify a few trusted collaborators (friends, neighbors, family) who will be notified if an emergency arises. These collaborators can be sent "Personal Help Requests" via email or SMS, thus creating a culture of action in the community.
These data-informed strategies help save an inordinate amount of time responding to 911 calls and efficiently prioritize cases that present a valid public safety emergency.
